CLUB KRYSTAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION.

1) PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Krystalpalooza Stars, Stripes & Sizzle Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (collectively referred to herein as the “Promotion”) starts on June 22, 2026 at 9:00:00 AM ET and ends on July 12, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of both an Instant Win Game (the “Game”) and a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). Krystal Restaurants LLC’s computer will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2) ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida and New York) who at time of entry are 18 years of age or older and have a Club Krystal loyalty account (as defined below in Rule #3). Employees and non-employee workers of Krystal Restaurants LLC (the “Sponsor”), The Coca-Cola Company (the “Grand Prize Provider”), Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”), ParTech, Inc. (the “Game Manager”), Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and internet agencies, suppliers and any other companies engaged in the development, administration, production, fulfillment or distribution of materials for this Promotion (each a “Released Entity” and collectively the “Released Entities”) and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households, whether related or not, of the above, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Each entrant (the “Entrant” or “Participant”) by participating in the Promotion agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Void outside the geographic eligibility listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3) HOW TO PLAY THE GAME FOR A CHANCE TO WIN AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE AND BE AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: There are two (2) ways to enter and play in this Promotion:

Online Entry (with product purchase):
During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Krystal location (for locations, visit https://www.krystal.com/locations/) and use the Club Krystal App (the “App”) to purchase any Coca-Cola beverage (a “qualifying loyalty transaction”). To download the Club Krystal App visit the Apple App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices. There is no charge to download the App. For more details on the Club Krystal App, please visit https://www.krystal.com/rewards. Usage of the App will require a mobile device and therefore you may be charged for standard data rates according to the terms and conditions in your agreement with your wireless carrier. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

After completing a qualifying loyalty transaction, Entrants will automatically receive a unique link sent to the email address associated with their loyalty account to access their eligible game play (the “Game Plays”). Tapping the link opens the scratch‑off experience directly in the mobile browser, where you can scratch-off the tiles to play the Game. After playing the Game, you will be instantly notified only if you are a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to confirmation, verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Any other message or lack thereof indicates you are not an instant winner of a prize. If you receive a potential winning instant win prize message, follow all onscreen instructions to claim the instant win prize. For purposes of these Official Rules, a prize claim is when an Entrant wins a prize and follows all onscreen instructions to verify eligibility.

Bonus Game Play
Entrants may receive additional Bonus Game Plays if the qualifying loyalty transaction (i) has a minimum expenditure (before sales taxes and fees) of $25 (earning one (1) additional Bonus Game Play) and/or (ii) occurs between 8 PM and 11:59 PM local time and has a minimum expenditure (before sales taxes and fees) of $5 (earning one (1) additional Bonus Game Play).

A maximum of three (3) Game Plays may be earned per qualifying transaction with a maximum of two qualifying transactions per Entrant per day.

Entrants will automatically receive Bonus Game Plays via the same unique link sent to the to the email address associated with their loyalty account.

Via Online Submission and Mail (no purchase necessary):
To participate in the Promotion without making a qualifying loyalty transaction, visit https://games.partech.com/direct/krystalpalooza-amoe-entry- and complete the following steps:

  1. Provide your full name and email address (which must be the same email address that is associated with your Club Krystal account) and then click submit.
  2. Once the form has been successfully submitted, check your email account and follow the instructions in the Krystalpalooza email to complete the online form.
  3. Either print your completed online form or handprint your complete name, mailing address, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, and unique playcode (found on the online form) on a 3”x 5” piece of paper, and then mail in a properly stamped envelope to “Krystalpalooza Stars, Stripes & Sizzle Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes, PO Box 488, Syosset, NY 11791-0488” (each, a “Mail-in Game Play Request & Entry”).

The Mail-in Game Play Request & Entry must be postmarked by 7/13/2026 and received by 7/16/2026. Submissions that are illegible, incomplete, postage due, late, or inaccurate are void. Submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Incomplete submissions not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Limit of one (1) Mail-in Game Play Request & Entry per stamped envelope. Instant Win Game winner determination for Entrants participating via the Mail-in Game Play Request & Entry will be based on the date/time stamp of the online entry form submitted via step 2 and is contingent upon receipt of the printed form as detailed in step 3. Upon receipt of the Mail-in Game Play Request & Entry, the Game Manager will award prizes, as applicable, to all eligible loyalty members who participated in the Promotion through the no purchase method of entry. Any information of an Entrant collected for/from the Promotion in connection with an Entry shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Rules. All material submitted becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of Mail-in Game Play Request & Entry will not be acknowledged. There is a limit of six (6) Mail-in Game Play Requests & Entries per person per day.

After successful completion of the Game, Entrant will also automatically earn one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the Sweepstakes drawing as further described below in Rule #6. Maximum of six (6) Game Plays and six (6) Entries into the Sweepstakes per person, per day regardless of method of Entry.

4) INSTANT WIN GAME PLAY: All Game prizes are randomly seeded at predetermined designated winning times (“Winning Time”) throughout the Promotion Period. The first eligible Participant to play the Game at the Winning Time will be the potential winner of the Game prize indicated. If no eligible Participant plays the Game at the Winning Time, the first eligible Participant who plays the Game after the Winning Time will be the potential winner of the seeded prize. If Game Plays exceed the disclosed maximum, by any means, including but not limited to establishing multiple email accounts, they will be disqualified from participation in this Promotion. With the exception of June 22, 2026, a day is defined as the calendar day beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending the same day at 11:59 PM ET. By participating in this Promotion, each eligible Participant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. No responsibility is assumed for eligible Participant information that is incomplete or incorrectly entered. All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. The Sponsor or Administrator will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any Game Play that occurs after the Game system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void and will not be honored.

5) PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), RETAIL VALUE (“RV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING: Prizes will be awarded in the Promotion as follows:

Instant Win Game: Twenty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Two (25,842) Total Instant Win Game Prizes (the “Instant Win Game Prize(s)”) are to be awarded in the Game:

Total RV of all Instant Win Game Prizes to be awarded: $88,645.

Sweepstakes: One (1) Grand Prize: A prize trip to Universal Orlando comprised of the following: [i] round trip coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winners home to selected destination awarded in the form of two (2) Delta Air Lines vouchers (subject to restrictions noted below); [ii] six (6) 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park tickets; and [iii] 4-nights-lodging (one room; double occupancy). Total ARV of Grand Prize to be awarded in the Sweepstakes: $3,380.

Total ARV of Instant Win Game Prizes and Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $92,025. Odds of winning a prize in the Promotion depend upon the number of eligible Participants playing the Game, the date and time of each play, as well as the number of eligible Entries received in the Sweepstakes. The number of Game prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as prizes are awarded and claimed. All Game prizes are as solely determined by the Sponsor. No more than the listed number of Game prizes will be awarded. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production or other error or due to incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning Instant Win Game Prizes are distributed or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level according to these Official Rules, intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. In the event of a printing, production or other error or irregular game piece neither the Sponsor nor its respective agents and agencies nor the Released Entities shall have any liability. Any unclaimed Game prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor and the Released Entities are not responsible for any prizes that are misplaced, lost or stolen after they have been fulfilled as noted above. All Game prizes will be added to Entrants’ loyalty account within twenty-four (24) hours.Prize winners will need to place an order through the App or Krystal website at www.krystal.com while logged into their loyalty account in order to redeem their prize. The Sweepstakes prize will be fulfilled by the Administrator after winner verification of eligibility.

6) SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING: The Sweepstakes random drawing will be held by the Administrator on or about July 17, 2026, from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

7) SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLEARANCE: The Potential Grand Prize winner in the Sweepstakes will be contacted by the Administrator via email and will be required to complete, sign, and return the following documents (collectively, the “Documents”): [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and where legal, a Publicity Release; [2] IRS Form W-9 to include winner’s social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service (as required for winner of prize valued at Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) or more); and [3] a Travel Release (for the Grand Prize winner and guest). If the Potential winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); or (ii) fails to return the completed Documents by the date stated in the notification letter/email; or (iii) refuses the prize; or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then such Potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner and an alternate Potential winner will be notified, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

8) GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS : Prize will only be awarded upon winner verification and final approval of Sponsor. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, except as otherwise provided herein if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by winner. Released Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Promotion. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may vary from what has been advertised, pictured, etc. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined solely by the Sponsor.

9) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer (including all printed expiration dates), and winner and guest agree to comply with such terms and conditions as well as with all event and venue rules and regulations. Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Prize must be redeemed prior to December 18, 2026 (black out dates apply). Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando. Unless otherwise stated, prize does not include admission to any of the Universal theme parks, separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required. Additional restrictions may apply, and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Airline vouchers are valid only on Delta Air Lines operated, published, scheduled service only from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by Delta within the contiguous United States. If a winner does not live in a city served by Delta Air Lines, the winner is responsible for transportation to and from the nearest airport served by Delta Air Lines. Airline vouchers will not be refunded or redeemed for cash or credit at any time and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by Delta Air Lines. Expiration dates will not be extended. Certain restrictions may apply.

The prize will be forfeited if: (1) winner is not available to travel on the date specified by the Sponsor; or (2) proper travel documents (e.g., photo id, passport, etc.) are not obtained by the prize winner by the date specified by the Sponsor. The prize winner and his or her travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. The prize winner and his/her guest are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines and other third-party service providers used in connection with the prize.

Trip components are subject to change without notice. A deposit or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the prize winner, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. Unless otherwise noted, any hotel cancellations or changes to hotel reservations after confirmation must be made with the hotel directly, and the prize winner is solely responsible for any charges or fees arising from changes made directly with the hotel. Guest traveling with the Grand Prize winner must, at time of Grand Prize fulfillment, be at least 21 years of age unless they are the child of a Grand Prize winner, in which case the parent or legal guardian of such minor travel companion(s) must sign and return a release on their behalf. The Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner’s guest are solely responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor and Administrator have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

Grand Prize winner and his/her guest agree that the Released Entities are not responsible in any way for any additional expenses, omissions, delays or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their guest related to any prize-related activity, including without limitation, any actions, claims or liabilities related to a guest’s receipt of or use of the prize.

The Released Entities are not responsible if tickets, wristbands, etc. are lost, stolen, or misplaced or if any booked transportation is missed for any reason by the prize winner or their guest and none will be replaced.

If the Prize event, in part or in its entirety, is unable to take place as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, delays, an event of force majeure (any acts of God, natural catastrophes, public enemies, war, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, judicial or government order, or other requirement of law, or national emergencies or any other cause beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control), an unforeseeable health event (e.g., pandemic or epidemic), or for any other reason whatsoever, then the Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof.

10) OTHER INFORMATION: All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Sponsor and/or Administrator will not enter into any correspondence with non-winning Entrants. The Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to this Promotion based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Entities.

11) CONDUCT: By entering into this Promotion and/or receiving a prize, Entrants and the prize winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. These Official Rules are accessible at https://www.krystalpaloozagameandsweepstakes.com throughout the Promotion Period. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual: (a) suspected of tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; (c) to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to constitute unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Entities assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries at any point in connection with the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, mobile device, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to the Entrant’s or to any other person's computer or mobile device, which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download any materials from the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority, an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Promotion is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. With regard to this Promotion, the Sponsor will only contact those Entrant(s) deemed as the potential winner for purposes of clearance and awarding of the prize.

13) ENTRANT AND WINNER RELEASES: All Entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless the Released Entities from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, demands or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, costs, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with: (a) submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion; (b) the acceptance, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded; (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of the offering of the prize; or (d) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered.

Except where prohibited by law, Entrants irrevocably grant to the Released Entities, their affiliates, agents and licensees, the royalty-free right and permission to unconditionally reproduce, store, transmit, publish, display, use or reuse their name and prize information, as well as any other information or materials arising out of participation in the Promotion for advertising, promotional, commercial, publicity and/or any other purposes (without limitation), in any and all media now or hereafter known, in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation to the Entrant. Unless prohibited by law, Entrants waive any rights of privacy, rights of publicity, intellectual property rights, and other rights that may preclude the Released Entities from using or disclosing all or any part of an Entry in any manner and for any purpose. By participating, Entrants further release the Released Entities from any future claims arising out of any use or disclosure of Entrants’ participation consistent with these Official Rules. By participating, Entrants acknowledge and agree that Entrants will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for participation or for granting the Released Entities any of the rights set out in these Official Rules, whether chosen as a winner or not. Entrants further agree that the Released Entities are not obligated to make use of any of the rights granted in these Official Rules.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and consent to the use of their names, address, photographs, any statements made by Entrants, actual or simulated likenesses, and/or biographical information for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the universe, by Sponsor and its designees in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without notice or further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14) PRIVACY: By entering the Promotion, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.krystal.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Information collected from Entrants (such as name, postal address and email address) will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by the Sponsor or any third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from the Sponsor or a third party.

15) GENERAL: Any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts to enter more than once will result in disqualification. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of Entry. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address attached to that winning Entry will be declared the winner. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Potential winner may be asked to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with a potential winning Entry. Entry generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

16) DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning), and Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Atlanta, Georgia or the appropriate Georgia State Court; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

17) WINNER’S LIST: To receive a copy of the Winner’s list, available after August 1, 2026, send an email with subject line: “2026 Krystalpalooza IWG and Sweepstakes” to winnerslist@mardenkane.com. All such requests must be received by August 31, 2026.

18) SPONSOR, GRAND PRIZE PROVIDER, GAME MANAGER, AND ADMINISTRATOR: Sponsor: Krystal Restaurants LLC, 5600 Glenridge Drive, Suite 210, Atlanta, GA 30342.
